There are settings - in Story Progression? in Master Controller? someone will have to nail this down because my memory is bad-to direct immigration to come out of your sim bin.
I've not banned fairies and witches either with the game options or Nraas settings, but it looks like you have to go out of your way to get them into the game, because I've never seen any inkling of them. I put all the allow and encourage ones at 0 and all the disallow and discourage ones at 100 just in case. There is a submenu for ZombieSocials chances, but I hadn't messed with them. I thought I had done it in Retuner, but when I looked at Retuner, I couldn't find anything I had altered in that line. FOr a long time I played with no moon cycle (also something you can change in the options menu), but now.I forget. I have somehow managed to ban the zombies, too.
